House. Late C18 - early C19. Brown brick in Flemish bond with red brick
dressings and quoins, pantile roof. Central entry with cross wing to rear.
2 storeys, 3 bays. Hardboard door with overlight. Plate-glass sashes with
vertical margin lights throughout. Flat rubbed brick arches and red brick
quoining to all openings. 3-course first-floor band. Dentilled eaves
course. Gable coping, shaped kneelers, end stacks. Interior: open-string
staircase with 2 slender column-on-vase balusters per tread. 6-fielded-
panel doors, some cupboard doors with H-L hinges.
