Cottage. C17; timber-framed, rendered infill on brick plinth; part
weatherboarded gables; thatched roof; large brick external stack and
circular bread oven at south-west gable end. Two framed bays with
entry in north-east gable end; single storey and attic; large square
panels, 3 from sill to wall-plate with straight braces in upper corner
panels; queen strut trusses in gable ends. All windows are casements
and have diamond leaded lights; 2 ground floor casements to side eleva-
tions, attic lights in gable ends; planked door in north-east gable end.
Lean-to and flat-roofed C20 extension at south-west gable end. Under
restoration when surveyed May 1984.
