Mid-late C19 in cottage orne style. Granite rubble with brick rusticated quoins
and windows. Half-hipped tile roof with central group of 4 brick stacks set
at angles, with brick diagonal-set cornices. Gables with ornamental bargeboards.
Two storeys. One window over one, diamond leaded casemnts. Later door under
glazed porch with small bargeboarded gable.
