Farmhouse. Late C16 - C17, altered C20. Remnants of a timber-frame
mostly rebuilt and all rendered; plain tiled roof and brick stacks.
Irregular L-plan of 2 storeys, attics and cellar. Three C20 metal
casements and central glazed door in projecting gabled porch. The
two east gable ends (right) retain 4 casement windows of 4-and 5-
lights in ovolo moulded surrounds and with similar mullions. Interior:
Kitchen (rear right) has large stop-chamfered beams. (RCHM, Vol II, 1932).
