Circa 1830-40 stuccoed house, rebuilt on earlier brick core. Three-storey low-pitch
slate eaves roof. Three window range divided by giant pilasters with simply moulded
caps. Sash windows with glazing bars. One right side window smaller indicating
refacing of earlier range. Projecting porch, flat topped on slim octagonal columns
with half-column responds. Fielded panels flank door. Wide segmental headed fanlight
over with radiating bars.
