Farmhouse. Late C17, restored late C20. Timber-frame with rendered infill
on a coursed rubble plinth, stone tile roof. H-plan with central stack and
external lateral stack to north cross-wing. Two storeys, with gabled cross-
wings to left and right: 1 + 2 + 1 windows, mostly 2-light casements within
moulded wooden architraves, Ground floor has 1 + 2 + 2 windows, those to
left of two lights, the others mainly 3-light casements. Entrance in angle
with left-hand cross-wing has a tiled canopy and a ledged and boarded door.
Framing: mainly four rectangular panels high. The gables each have two
collars and multiple struts: The right-hand cross-wing has a straight tension
brace on the second floor (RCHM 3, p 14, no 27).
