House. Early C20, probably by Ernest Newton for Richard Biddulph Martin.
Coursed limestone rubble and plain tiled roof which has gable-end parapets
with ashlar coping and an ashlar central ridge stack with moulded capping.
Two storeys. Two bays. Windows are all leaded casements with cambered heads.
Main south elevation has a 5-light and a 3-light window on the ground floor,
two 3-light windows on the first floor and the main entrance to the right
which has a gabled rustic timber porch and ledged and battened door. West
gable end facing the road has a 2-light window on both floors. The building
is situated on the opposite side of the road to Park Lodge (qv).
