Old Timbers shown as Marigold Cottage on OS.
Three houses, now two. C17 with mid-C19 and late C20 alterations. Timber-
frame on stone plinth with painted brick and rendered infill, partly clad in
coursed rubble with thatched roof. The Minories to south formerly two houses,
with stack beween, rubble stack to north gable of Old Timbers. One storey
with attic lit by a 2-light casement to left and four eyebrow dormers. Ground
floor has one plus two 2-light casements. Entrance to right-hand corner has
a lean-to tiled canopy, another entrance roughly central with garage doors
to left. The entrance to Old Timbers at right-hand corner. All have C20
ledged and boarded doors with ornamental strap hinges.
