Chest tomb. Early C19. Sandstone ashlar. Moulded plinth and hipped capping,
fluted corner pilasters and inscription panels with recessed borders.
Commemorates William Emuss, died 1814. One of several chest tombs including
the Farmer memorial (q.v.) and the Thomas memorial (q.v.) occupying prominent
positions within the hilltop churchyard.
