Barn and attached cart shed. Barn: mid-C18 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Brick, dentilled eaves course and courses of alternate header ventilation patterns, partly on coursed dressed sandstone base, plain tiled roof. Three plus one bays; three-bay part has central wagon bay having opposed cart entries with cambered heads and double doors now blocked to west side. Additional bay of probable C19 date, two storeys, originally having two archways at north gable end with central brick pier into former cart store or shelter; east elevation has sandstone and brick steps to loft door.

Interior: barn roof has double row of trenched purlins and two intermediate collar- and tie-beam trusses with raking struts.

Cart shed: adjoins west side, three bays on brick piers with lean-to corrugated iron roof.
