Extension of the 1870's Jennings' scheme in Ferndale Road. Two storeys, 3 windows.
Stock brick with terra-cotta dressings. Fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof
with moulded eaves cornice. Round-arched first floor window has rusticated architrave
resting on pilasters with guilloche moulded panels and capitals. Contemporary
shop front on ground floor. Included for group value.
