Offices 1867: Chancellor. Three storeys. Six windows wide. Yellow stock brick
with stone dressings. Italianate. Engaged Doric columns to ground floor with den-
tilled cornice, over continuous panelled stone pedestal. Segmental headed windows
with scrolled keystones between columns. 1st floor windows with flanking Corinthian
pilasters surmounted by bracketed open pediments. 2nd floor openings with keyed
segmental heads and eared architraves. Stone cill bands. Bracketed cornice. Parapet.
