1856 by Charles Aldin. Villa of three storeys and basement, three windows. Stock
brick with stucco frieze and cornice. Moderate pitch to slated roof with end
chimney walls. Sash windows, mostly with glazing bars, in moulded architraves,
with panelled pilasters, frieze and console bracketed cornice to ground and first
floor windows, also bracketed cills. Nine steps, with side walls, to enclosed
classical porch. Four-panel door with side lights and rectangular fanlight.
Ground floor has vermiculate stucco quoins. First floor string. Later south
extension.
