House C17, altered, and with mid and late C20 additions Timber-framed with
plastered infill, front and right return clad in painted brick, rear
rendered; additions rendered; plain tile roofs; rendered brick stacks.
C17 part 2 storeys, 2 bays, gable end on; C20 addition (of different
builds) on left not of special interest. C17 part has C20 board door in
gabled open pores with flanking C20 windows and 2 above. Later stack in
right-hand roof pitch, and later external stack to rear gable. Interior:
on ground floor chamfered spine-beams with lambs tongue stops, chamfered
joists, and part of rear midrail. On first floor exposed members of
timber frame include jowelled wallposts arch-braced to tie-beams, wall-
plates purlins, wind-braces and central partition.
