Terrace of three houses, arranged as single symmetrical facade. c 1825-30.
Stucco. 3 storeys and basement. Each house 3 windows wide. Centre house
recessed, with projecting Ionic colonnade to ground floor, and iron balus-
trade over. Houses to either side with 2 bays projecting beneath pediment
and outermost bays recessed with advanced Ionic porches. Balconies over
with tented canopies. String courses between storeys; cornice and blocking
course. Windows square headed, sashed, except for ground floor, with French
windows opening onto balconies with iron balustrades. Glazing bars mostly
retained. Part of coherent scheme with Nos 1 to 19, 22 to 35, 39 and 44 to
46 consec.
