1911-13 by Fellowes Prynne. Snecked rubble. Somewhat Italianate late Decorated
Gothic in style. Five-bay nave and 2-bay chancel under single roof, divided only
by bell-cote. Leanto aisles with windows under segmental arches. No clerestorey.
Gabled double transepts. Chancel has aisles; also Lady Chapel (with gallery over)
to the north and vestries (with organ chamber over one) to south. West end has
apsidal baptistery flanked by tall windows over porches; rose window in gable above.
Internal stonework is of alternating bands of fawn and buff. Pointed ribbed timber
barrel vault coved at base.
