C19 Folly tower in 4 stages. Square, with projecting round staircase turret on
South side. Yellow brick with dressings of red brick and stone. Some windows
are arrow slits, others lancets with gauged brick arches either pointed or flat.
Large modern louvred window added to top stage. 3rd stage textured with bands
of diagonal red brick. 4th stage of turret entirely of this work. Top stage
corbelled out on 2 sides. Modern one-storey North extension. Curiosity value.
