Reinforced concrete with large areas of glazing. 3 storeys 3 main bays to Western Avenue, the centre recessed with pointed vertical oriel, the outer bays with horizontal glazing curving inwards to centre. Return elevation to left with horizontal windows, with metal glazing bars.
