Said to have been rebuilt in 1835 (auction sale note of 1870), although it contains
indications of earlier structure. Two and a half storeys. Stock brick. Slated mansard
roof. Two dormers, moulded stuccoed cornice and blocking-course. First floor of painted
brick with two 3-light sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor has public house front
with pilasters, fascia and cornice. Ship's figurehead between first floor windows.
