Dated 1902. Freely-designed neo-classical building of 3 storeys and attic, 6
windows with canted 1 window angle to 3 window right return. Red brick with stone
dressings. Rusticated pilaster strips at intervals support entablature with balustraded
parapet. High pitched slate roof has triple dormers with central segmental pediments.
Banded rusticated stone ground floor is arcaded, with moulded architraves to openings.
1st and 2nd floor windows in vertical stone panels. Segmental shaped cornices
above 1st floor windows. Small stone turrets flank upper storeys of angle bay.
