Circa 1836. 3 storeys and attic, 4 windows. Slate mansard roof with 2 square
dormers. Stucco, with modified entablature and parapet. Plain reveals to 2nd
floor sash windows with glazing bars. Moulded architrave, frieze and console
bracketed cornice to lst floor windows. On ground floor early C20 public house
front with panelled wall spaces and stallrisers.

The listed buildings on the South Side of College Approach form a group
with Nos 37 and 37A King William Walk.
