Unidentified monument, in churchyard, in angle between nave and tower,

Chest tomb; late C18; stone. Flat top with moulded edge; quarter
square corner balusters. Sides raised rectangular panel with
moulded edge. East end plain, with sunk line to outline rectangle,
west end carved with large urn with pineapple top. Moulded base.
Only date is 1784. If this is the date of the monument, it
contains a very early use of the pineapple. (F. Burgess, English
Churchyard Monuments, 1979 edition).
