House. c1854. By George Vulliamy. Stucco frontage with
rusticated quoins. 4 storeys 3 windows. Ground floor,
round-arched recessed doorway flanked by round-arched, altered
openings. To 1st & 2nd floors recessed sash windows with
segmental open pediments with console brackets to 1st floor.
Main cornice at 3rd floor level. Round-arched 3rd floor
windows flanked by enriched, narrow, sunken panels. Cornice
and blocking course above. INTERIOR: not inspected.
