The description shall be amended to read:
Farmhouse. 2nd half of Cl7, c19. Carstone with brick dressings, the quoins and
bands C17, the openings C19, pantile roofs, part missing. 3 bay 2 storey lobby entry
plan. 2 ground and 3 first floor windows with brick dressings, all C19 sashes with
glazing bars, except central first floor casement, and obscured by corrugated iron
sheeting. Brick quoins, rustication to central boarded door. Brick coped gables,
steeply pitched roof replaced C1946, original central stack with 4 rectangular shafts
but with common brick coping. Rear has one blocked brick dressed long and low window
opening. Original central first floor opening, those to left and right altered.
South gable has stitching of larger earlier window openings, at ground floor with
inserted narrower brick dressed sash window, at first floor stitching only, at attic
blocked earlier window. North gable has 2 blocked attic openings. Attached to north,
C18 cottage with 3 blocked brick dressed windows. Off-centre door, steeply pitched
roof, renewed c1946, end gable and ridge stacks. Interior; left hand cell, cased
axial beam,jointed into transverse beam over stack, chamfered with run-out stops.
Similar transverse beam to right of stack in situ but covered. Reveals of original
first floor openings apparent. 2 sets of Cl9 stairs behind stack.

low window opening, 3 similar blocked eaves level windows. South gable
has stitching of larger earlier window openings, at ground floor with
inserted narrower brick dressed sash window, at first floor stitching
only, at attic blocked earlier window. Attached at north, C18 cottage
with 3 blocked brick dressed windows. Off-centre door, steeply pitched
roof, end gable and ridge stacks.
