Farm house. Early C19. Gault brick, slated roofs. 2 storey, 3 bay Neo-Classical style with Greek Revival details. Ground floor plinth, end strip pilasters, eaves level parapet with central bay slightly broken forward with pediment. Outer bays with 2 ground floor sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches, with recessed panels below and semi-circular brick framing arches above springing from a brick string course running across the bay. 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches. Central bay has stone porch with 2 unfluted baseless Greek Doric columns set on plinths with three steps in between, flat roofed porch with entablature and frieze. Wooden doorcase reveals with Greek Doric profile capitals, 4 panel fielded door, 2 upper panels glazed, simple low segmental fanlight with lead glazing bars above. Single sash with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arch above. Low pitched hipped roof recessed behind facade parapet, 2 gault brick stacks on rear eaves. Returns of whitewashed brick but parapet not returned round sides.
