2 houses, but originally one. Late C16 origin now much altered. Brick with slate roof. 2 storeys in 3 bays. Door right of centre flanked by 2 renewed sash windows each floor (No. 27). 2 late C20 windows to north bay (No. 25). Gabled roof of C19 slate. Internal gable end stacks and ridge stack at division of properties. South gable wall of English bond. Set-off at first floor. 2 blocked ground floor windows. 2 2-light chamfered brick mullioned first floor windows under square hoods, the hoods continuing as string course. Rear wall of house rebuilt.
