Row of 6 cottages, c.1800, on older core. Colourwashed brick, pantile roof. 8 bays, 2 storeys, 4 axial stacks, dentil cornice. Recessed sashes with glazing bars, bays 1 and 2 of 6 panes, bays 3 - 8 of 4 x 4 panes; boarded doors between bays 2 and 3, 3 and 4, 4 and 5, 5 and 6, and to left of bay 8, renewed 4 panelled door between bays 6 and 7. right return with steeply pitched C17 gable end subsequently raised from 1 to 2 storeys, flint and brick mosaic.
Rear: continuous outward extension of 2 storeys under raised rear roof.
Forms a group with Church of St. Botolph q.v. 2/35 and The School q.v. 2/36.
