Farmhouse. C18 with an earlier core. 2 types of gault brick. Pantile roofs.
L plan. 2 storeys. Roadside facade roughly symmetrical with panelled front
door surmounted by a painted fanlight beneath a semicircular arch. Flanking
sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches with cambered soffits.
First floor with 2 painted window recesses and one late C20 window with
glazing bars. Early massive off-centre axial stack and one external gable-
end stick. Symmetrical west facade with chequer pattern brickwork alternating
between orange headers and yellow stretchers 3 bays. Central panelled front
door beneath a flat hood on shaped brackets. Flanking sashes with glazing
bars beneath skewback arches with cambered soffits. First floor with one
central sash with glazing bars and the side windows, also with glazing bars,
slide horizontally. Stack to rear wall. Hipped roof.
