Ryder's Green Locks immediately
adjoining Great Bridge Street

Second lock of flight of eight on Walsall Canal. Completed 1786. Blue brick,
with sandstone kerbs to chambers now partly replaced by concrete. Single gates.
Cast iron sluice gear on each bank on the upstream side.
