House. Possibly C13 or C14 in semi-ruinous condition. Timber-framed,
largely refaced with brick and sandstone rubble; corrugated metal roof.
Hall-house of four bays with C17 inserted stack blocking through-passage,
C17 inserted floors and continuous lean-to with catslide roof to rear.
Two storeys. Three C19 multi-paned windows to upper floor, openings
removed to ground floor but the original blocked doorway remains intact;
pointed arched head formed by heavy timbers. The interior reveals three
cruck trusses and retains a nicked ogee doorhead, C17 chamfered ceiling
