A pair of houses, now offices. 1865-67. Red brick with slate
roof and plain eaves soffit. 3 storeys; 6 window range: sashes
with a single vertical glazing-bar in shallow reveals with
flat cement arches over. A stucco band between each storey. A
central cement doorcase with plain pilasters and a heavy
fascia and cornice now contains 2 late C20 fully-glazed doors.
4 flat-headed dormers in the roof. End chimney-stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value in street
scene.
