Contemporary with The Warren. Irregular shape. 2 storeys red brick with slate
roof. The front elevation has a stepped gable. 1 mullioned and transomed window
to this elevation. Left side doorcase with hipped weather porch. Attached to
the right hand side is a coach house of 1 storey in matching style with large
gable over the carriage arch.
