Earlier C19, completed by 1837, surviving part of a long range of 18 houses containing dwelling space below, workshops on the second floor (known as Topshops) with large windows. Used by craftsmen in the weaving and watchmaking industries before the advent of steam -powered factories in the 1840's. Red brick, Welsh slated roofs. Three storeys, one segmental arched casement window to each house on each floor, top windows large.
