Shop and house. Early to mid-C19. Brick, partly painted, with slate roof.
Two storeys. Gabled east front, facing street, of one bay. On the ground
floor is a shop front of c1900. Above is a sashed window with glazing bars.
The right hand return wall is of three bays, the two right hand bays unpainted
and canted back. The ground floor windows have lintels with horizontal reeding,
paterae, and bracketed cornices. The window of the middle bay has external
timber shutters. The first floor windows are sashed with glazing bars. The
door, in the right hand bay, is of six panels with overlight. The doorcase
has a reeded surround, cornice and panelled reveals.
