Circa 1820 pair of 2 storey red brick houses. No 110 of 3 bays first built with
No 114 of 2 bays added very shortly afterwards. Stucco moulded cornice and low
parapet common to both. No 114 has set back slate hung attic storey. Red brick
chimney stacks with square tapered pots. Revealed sash windows with broad marginal
glazing, stucco sills and panelled stucco heads, with oval rosettes, flanked by
plain console on acanthus stops to thin moulded cornices. Late C19 pent roof canted
bay windows to right hand of doorways. Both houses have same doorcase design: engaged
slender Dorio columns, sections of entablature with oval rosettes and open moulded
pediments. Six panel doors with radial glazed fanlights in panelled reveals.
