C1895 by C E Bateman. Red brick with stone dressings; tile roof. Two storeys
plus attic; 4 bays. First, a 4 light window with a 3 light window above,
then an advanced and gabled bay with door and two 3 light windows above,
then a 5 light window with 4 light window above and, finally, a broad gabled
bay with two 4 light windows and a small window in the gables. The entrance
to No 1 (The Squirrels) Cartland Road is on the right hand return, where
there are 2 gabled bays, both of different height and width, and a canted
bay window with tiled roof. All windows with mullions and leaded lights.
