C1840-50 pair of 3 storey houses with original shop fronts. Three bay red
brick symmetrical front with central passage. The shops have 4 thin
mullioned lights, the fourth light splayed in to doorway. Pilaster strip
frames with console brackets to projecting fascias with dentil cornices.
First floor windows have rosette studded panelled stucco heads with console
brackets to cornices and blocking courses over. Flat rubbed brick arches
second floor. Flat boxed eaves to low pitch slate roof.
