House. Possibly C17 (incised date in interior: 1620). Cruck-framed; Roughcast with slate roof. One storey with attic, three bays, with added C20 cross wing to west. Windows mostly two-light casements, with one horizontally sliding sash to left of entrance; another entrance to right. Left return has entrance with window above, projecting stack to left and battered buttresses to right. One flat topped dormer and stack behind ridge.

Interior has two cruck trusses truncated, with collars and short king posts. Chamfered beams to ground floor and ingle nook and cambered opening to stair, to central room.
