Circa 1840-50 weatherboarded cottage with what appears to be former sail loft
behind, the latter of rubble with red brick side elevation. The cottage is
2-storeyed with hipped slate roof. 2 gabled half dormers to east and west
fronts, mullion-transomed casements. One window to ground floor facing the
road and panelled and glazed door. Conservatory lean-to on west side with close
set groups of 3 narrow lights.
