C1840 two storey 3 bay stucco house with subsidiary one bay extension. Chanelled
ground floor above plinth up to plat band. Slender quoin pilasters with rosette
studs to cape supporting bed mould to frieze with consoles to flat eaves of
gable end slate roof; brick chimneys with ornamental pots. First floor window
in architrave surrounds with cornices on consoles, pediment over central one.
Ground floor windows replaced circa 1860 by canted bay windows with large
bracketed cornices. Round headed doorway with panelled reveals and 6 panel
door with fanlight, framed by pilaster strips with scrolled decorated consoles
supporting entablature. The extension has corniced architrave windows on
both floors and pedimented side door.
