Circa 1835 a detached 2 storey stucco villa of some pretention with coach
home wing. Three bay front, the centre slightly advanced. Giant quoin
pilasters support main entablature. Plinth; first floor sill course to outer
bays. High parapet with crowning cornice conceals attic, the centre bay
raised and flanked by incised panels each containing 6 portholes. Parapet
link pairs of stucco corniced chimneys with ornamental pots on gable ends.
Glazing bar sash window in eared architraves, entablatures with blocking
courses over those on ground floor. Central porch with Ionic columns on
panelled plinths, deep entablature and blocking course. Recessed entrance
with panelled reveals soffit and door, rectangular fanlight. Original screen
wall link to coach home with segmental arch altered circa 1850 when the
coach was heightened with 2 blind window and small arched light in pediment-
gable.
