Early C19 and originally a detached residence. Stucco; slate roof. Three storeys;
3 bays with coupled pilasters left and right at let floor level. Ground floor with
banded rustication, central broad entrance flanked by pilasters carrying an
entablature and 2 altered windows. First floor with a central sash window with
cornice and 2 altered windows. Second floor fenestration wholly altered.
