1891. Brick and stone. Three storeys; 3 bays plus the curve of the corner
into Church Street where there are 6 more bays in the rhythm 3:3. The bays
are separated from each other on the ground floor by brick pilasters and on
the upper storeys by a giant order of Corinthian type. Ground floor with banded
rustication and arched windows with keystones with masks. First floor windows
with blind balconies and elaborate heads. Second floor windows in eared moulded
surrounds. Heavy bracketted eaves cornice with rosettes and a blocking course.
The entrance on the corner in a pedimented eared surround with volutes at
the sides.
