Terrace of 15 houses. 1913. By J. Lomax Simpson.
Roughcast with weatherboarding to 1st floor, wings brick
with stone dressing with roughcast 1st floor, and timber-
framed inner bays, stone slate roof. 2 storey, 7 bays,
jettied 1st floor,3 central bays breaking forward under
triple gables, the end ones asymmetrical. 3-bay returns and
5 bay wings with gabled inner bays, with jettied 1st floors,
wing to left has jettied gabled 1st floor to 3rd bay with
timber-framed gable, 4th gabled bay, that to right has 4th
bay breaking forward under gable. Windows have leaded
casements some diamond, some rectangular quarries, the wings
with recessed flat-faced mullions. Most windows of 4 lights.
Returns have half-canted bay window abutting projecting
lateral stacks. Entrances have doors with small-paned
lights. Right wing has lateral stack with half-canted bay
window abutting it.
