Pair of houses. By Grayson and Ould. Plaster on brick base,
tile-hanging with fishscale bands. One storey with attic, 5
bays, end bays gabled. 5th bay has 1st floor jettied on
posts. Canopy to ground floor. End bays of 1st floor tile-
hung with timbered apex to 1st bay and plaster apex to 5th
bay. Windows have small-paned casements. Ground floor has 5-
light bow window to 1st bay, 3rd bay has 4-light canted
oriel and 5th bay has 3-light window. 1st floor has half-
hipped half dormers with 2-light windows; and bays have 3-
light windows. Recessed entrance has tile canopy extended
from that to ground floor, and plank door with light. Right
return has similar entrance. Central cross-axial stack, and
return lateral stacks with diagonal shafts. Returns and rear
have gabled half-dormers; privies.
