House. c.1815-20. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof.
2 storeys with basement, 3 bays. 1st floor sill band and
top cornice. Windows have wedge lintels and late C.19
casements (most are missing, 1984). Central round-headed
entrance with remains of doorcase and complete fanlight.
Retaining wall to garden has iron railings. Derelict (1984).
