5/430 Sandhill Farmhouse

Former farmhouse. Probably early C19 with some C20 modernisation. Ground
floor level is red brick, weatherboarded timber framing above; brick stacks
and chimneyshafts; peg-tile roof.

Plan: 2-room plan farmhouse facing south. Central entrance hall probably
containing the main stair. Both rooms have end stacks. The right one
projects and is probably for the kitchen.

2 storeys with lean-to outshots across the rear.

Exterior: Symmetrical 2-window front of C20 casements with glazing bars.
Central doorway contains a C20 door behind a contemporary gabled porch. Main
roof is hipped both ends.

Interior: Not inspected.
