Cottage. Late C16, refronted C19. Cruck framed with ironstone plinth and
front wall rebuilt in brick, rendered over. Formerly thatched. Single storeyed
with attic, it consists of 2 bays of an apparently former 3 bay building,
with central door and flanking windows with rendered surrounds. Central stack
behind entry. 2 pairs of collared cruck blades survive, crossed at apex to
support ridge piece.
