Early C19. Stuccoed. Parapet, cornice slate roof with gabled ends. Three storeys. Three windows. Centre breaks forward with blind windows. Sashes without glazing bars. Sills. First floor right late C19 splayed bay with heavy cornice. Central entrance porch with Doric entablature on square columns, two heavy panelled doors with rectangular fanlights. Grade II for group value.

Nos 58 to 64 (even) and No 47, New Walk Museum, Nos 1, 3 and 5 Museum Square including Nos 59 to 61 (odd) Princess Road West and No 1 West Street form a group around Museum Square.
