House of late C16/C17 with later alterations. Red brick, part with black
headers, part diapered, with some timbering and C20 shingle roof with
right end stack and left end stack on front roof below ridge. Gable
centre right with king post and struts overhangs slightly. Similar on
rear. 2 storeys of 2 renewed 3-light casements. At 1st floor level,
under gable traces of former jettying. Lower 1 storey wing to right with
asbestos type roof and central ridge stack. Here doorcase with 6-panelled
door and C20 3 and 1-light casements to right. Left end with 2 1-light
casements ground floor and truss in gable with clasped principal rafters,
2 collars, and struts. Casement in centre. To rear mostly renewed 2,
3 and 4-light casements and door. C19 pigsty and stable extend from right
end and cobbled yard to right and rear.
